Workshops & Courses

I created Anxiety to Accomplishment – a 10-week online, self-guided course - due to a real need, a yearning, for a course like this from the communities I serve, for personal and professional development.

In these recent years, following the pandemic, cases of mental health illness – anxiety in particular – has risen across populations. People report increased feelings of isolation, loneliness, and a lack of motivation for fear of ‘what might be around the corner’.

I created Anxiety to Accomplishment in response to questions I have been asked constantly over the years.

The question of ‘how did you do that’?

  • How did you grow from being a teenage mum with no qualifications to running a successful award-winning business?

  •  How did you take part in the Marathon Des Sables – the toughest footrace on earth – to cross the line as 11th British woman?

  •  How did you found the World’s first charity aimed at encouraging more participation, representation, and inclusion of diverse communities in trail running?

And how did you do that while living with anxiety and episodes of depression?!

My answer. I followed a blueprint. A 10-step process that I have used successfully in my life – and the lives of others - to harness the symptoms of anxiety the feel for positive outcome. My course focuses the mind and give the student the tools needed – in an engaging and simple way – to achieve their own accomplishments, their own goals, no matter how big or small.

How does it work?

The course is hosted online, and, upon enrolment, course modules are released weekly. The course modules contain weekly video or audio guidance, worksheets, and reflective practice sheets. Students are encouraged via the course platform to allocate specific time to their progress through each weekly module and – via an online platform – can submit questions or search for advice/resources to further enhance their learning each week should they so need it.

Do students get access to the course creator, Sabrina Pace-Humphreys?

Yes. I offer all students the option to participate in a live zoom call during Week 1, Week 5 and Week 10. Those students wanting more 1-2-1 contact can request this and will be quoted an additional fee based on time needed

Course module contents

Week 1:          Focus

Week 2:          Commit

Week 3:          Creating your tribe

Week 4:          Plan and Do

Week 5:          Don’t Quit

Week 6:          Move your ass, raise the vibe

Week 7:          Create space

Week 8:          Get comfortable being uncomfortable

Week 9:          Replenish

Week 10:        Accomplish

What if the students would like to take longer than 10 weeks to complete the course?

This is fine. Everyone works at a different rate and, of course, personal and professional life demands can encroach on this process. That is understandable. However, students will be encouraged to continue to make progress through the course and report on their successes as they happen via the reflection sheets and comment sections included in the course modules. In this course, I encourage progress not perfection.

The course materials will be available to all enrolled students for up to 6 months after course enrolment.
