Meet Sabrina.
Sabrina Pace-Humphreys is an award-winning author, ultramarathoner, diversity leader, and mental health advocate whose story of resilience has inspired audiences around the world. She rebuilt her life from postnatal depression, addiction, and adversity to become one of Britain's most recognisable voices in endurance sport, equity, and wellbeing.
After discovering running during the darkest period of her life, she went on to complete some of the world's toughest ultramarathons — including the 250km Marathon des Sables and the 268-mile Spine Race. Those extreme challenges shaped her philosophy: ordinary people are capable of extraordinary things when they understand their 'why', build resilience gradually, and belong to a supportive community.
On stage, Sabrina blends vulnerable storytelling with actionable insight — leaving audiences energised, challenged, and equipped with tools to build resilience, embrace discomfort, lead with empathy, and create cultures of belonging. Her keynotes are a natural fit for organisations focused on transformation, wellbeing-led leadership, and authentic DEI impact.
In 2024, the University of Gloucestershire awarded her an Honorary Doctorate in Philosophy, in recognition of her sporting achievements and her contribution to the national conversation on mental health and racism.
Her message is simple and unforgettable: you can start anywhere. You can rise from anything. And you are always capable of more than you think.
Booked. Booming.

"Sabrina was an inspiring speaker who truly connected with the audience. She took the time to answer individual questions and share thoughtful advice and perspective. Her ability to weave our key messages seamlessly and authentically into her own story was impressive. She was a pleasure to work with — flexible, open to feedback, and fully engaged during the briefing process. I would highly recommend her for any speaking engagement."
"Wow!!! That was the first word on the lips of many of my colleagues following Sabrina's powerful talk. Her message of diversity, inclusivity, and taking negative comments and using them to keep the fire burning, was perfect on #IWD2023. Her honest, open and passionate presentation covered areas such as mental health, focus, overcoming barriers, and being unafraid to show vulnerability. Highly recommended for any company looking for a speaker who can share lived-experience and inspire your colleagues to think about how we can all make the world a better place for everybody."
"Sabrina Pace-Humphreys delivered an inspiring keynote to close our recent national Environmental Sustainability event. Her energy and authentic storytelling encouraged people to reflect on their own role in creating change, with conversations continuing long after the event ended. Sabrina's thoughtful insights connected inclusion and environmental sustainability in a compelling and meaningful way, challenging and motivating people to take action. We are grateful for her contribution and would highly recommend her as a keynote speaker."
"Sabrina's keynote was vibrant, honest and deeply moving — she held the room with powerful storytelling and lived experience, speaking directly to the systemic barriers that still exist in sport and physical activity. The audience was fully engaged, emotionally connected, and visibly challenged in the best possible way, reflecting on their own role in creating equitable access to movement. The phrase "I do hard things" has stayed with many of us long after the session and continues to surface in conversations. Sabrina brings both inspiration and substance — we would wholeheartedly recommend her to any organisation serious about equity, inclusion, and real change."
"As a presenter of the Running Session since 2021, we have loved working with Sabrina to create a joyous, uplifting and celebratory event centred around running. As a hugely experienced runner herself, Sabrina is able to bring that empathy to speaker interviews, understanding both an athlete's motivation and the questions the audience wants to hear. She brings such dynamism and energy to the event, and brings the best out of all our guests — from fell running legends, to young club runners, to community leaders. Her behind the scenes preparation is excellent, and her rapport with both the co-presenter and speakers means the audience can really soak up and enjoy the session. Our speakers and subjects covered vary hugely, and she sensitively balances more serious topics with fun, lighter moments of conversation. We would absolutely recommend Sabrina to other organisations."
